I am so excited to share this! For people who watch my videos, you know that the content I post has been almost always entirely solo for the last year or so. It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately.
