I filmed this before Christmas. After a swim in the ocean and sauna I felt super relaxed and contemplative on the rainy day it was. It was pretty wet outside… but I got wetter ;)

This is the last video we made before we broke up. I was unsure if I wanted to post this, as it’s very emotional for me to watch again, but the day we filmed it was a beautiful day we spent in a place we loved, in a beautiful field overlooking a favourite beach of ours. It makes me ache to watch this, but it also makes me smile. This isn’t the most steamy, fiery video you’ll ever watch. But it’s a portrayal of honest, tender love and intimacy. I hope you enjoy

Aaaaand we’re back! I feel like the world has gone crazy lately, and between trying to detach from the news and the chaos of the world while also trying to stay informed I realized I haven’t posted a video in a while! I’ve been camping for the last 3 months! It’s been such a beautiful time being out in nature this long. This is some self love captured in the meadow behind my camping spot. It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. With the change in season here, and summer finally over the body starts to fee different. It feels a little less agile, a little more soft. And I also realized I hadn’t filmed in a while!
